Prop Rental:
Prop Rental Agreement and Process
Rental Term:
The rental period for the prop(s) is one (1) month from the date of receipt by the renter. If the prop(s) are not returned by the end of this period, an additional charge of 5% of the total rental cost will be applied for each additional week the prop(s) are retained. Please contact us in advance if you require an extension beyond the original rental period.
Return and Refund Policy:
Upon returning the prop(s), you will receive a refund of 60% of the listing price as a deposit for the rental - provided the prop(s) are returned in the same condition in which they were rented.
Condition of Returned Items:
If the prop(s) are returned with any damage, alterations, or excessive wear and tear, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly at our discretion. In cases of severe damage, no refund may be issued. Damage to the prop(s) will be evaluated and the deposit will be refunded accordingly.
Usage:
The rental prop(s) is free to be used for:
- Filming/Movie Productions
- Photo shoots
- Cosplay
- Stage Productions
- Reenactments
