If the prop(s) are not returned by the end of this period, an additional charge of 5% of the total rental cost will be applied for each additional week the prop(s) are retained. Please contact us in advance if you require an extension beyond the original rental period.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eReturn and Refund Policy:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eUpon returning the prop(s), you will receive a refund of 60% of the listing price as a deposit for the rental - provided the prop(s) are returned in the same condition in which they were rented.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCondition of Returned Items:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIf the prop(s) are returned with any damage, alterations, or excessive wear and tear, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly at our discretion.
